We ensure that every employee at Dale receives formal training. We constantly review and update our training courses in line with business and employee needs.
Dale prides itself in providing training for all levels of employee, from craft tradesmen through to senior management level. We have successfully re-trained existing qualified single craft tradesmen into proficient multi-skilled operative, thus providing our clients with a single source repair option.
We have also developed links with the University of Wales Institute Cardiff (UWIC) and their BSc (Hons) course in Building Maintenance and Management. We currently have one management trainee enrolled in the course and one who has successfully completed the course.
We also sponsor courses for accounting staff and currently have three progressing through their various courses on a part time basis.
